Damn, Zavender has some fkd up trauma… I’m needing time to pause and process his pain 😣 I am appreciating the deep dive info Zavender’s past as it really builds his character and you realise why he is the way he is. The multiple POVs is well written!

Keri Lake is a great writer. Her characters are written with depth and complexity, her magic systems and world building is just as exciting as the magical worlds in Rachel Gilig’s books but is not difficult to follow and understand which is great. Loving this series so far along with her stand alone book, Nocticadia.
