I don't like Anthony Bourdain. I know that's hipster heresy, but his "bravado" makes me cringe. That said, I do love service industry culture, and I recognize the true cultural value of Bourdain's work. Thus far I think his writing is good and effective, and I'm very interested to learn more from his experiences.
