Surprise surprise - Aurelia turned out to be the senator’s long abandoned daughter and he is now happy to accept her back into the family!

Aurelia is getting on two people’s nerves right now - Nicolas and me XD
I can see a romantic angle brewing over here among three people Aurelia, Nic and Crispus. My intuition says that the storyline will pave the way to believe a chemistry between the protagonist and this knife girl but I won’t be surprised if towards the end she’s inclined towards Crispus.

Too many questions - Where is Livia? What secret was she going to reveal at the mines? Where is Caela ? Who is Aurelia’s real family? What secret was Aurelia about to reveal at Caesar’s temple? Does the general have Livia in bondage?
The answer is to read ahead. Very interesting.

I have always enjoyed historical fiction as a genre.
This story is flowing very well till now. I am optimistic about it’s ending.
