I might have to DNF this. I’m only 10% in and it feels like a very white feminist book that excludes poc and trans women from the discussion. It also feels like a surface level understanding without any actual in depth research into the topics discussed. A misunderstanding of Harems and biblical references, just a few thoughts per topic discussed instead of a deep dive.
