Jesus WEPT. What could be a fantastic story is sidetracked by these authors refusing to step away from lip chewing and lip nibbling as a way to explain confusion or trepidation. So far I have read it ten times. It’s off putting and I’m not sure I ever want to read anything by these women ever again. This is your career. Writing creatively. Maybe, idk, be fucking creative?
