I think this book is tearing my soul apart. I cannot even begin to fathom what it would feel like to wait hours and hours for your kid to get off a random bus, and then you hear there’s one more last chance bus coming. Then that turns out to be a lie and you were given false hope, and your kid’s never coming home.
