did my mental health improve? no, it's the worst it's been since i was 11
did i fix things with my bsf? no, we're not friends anymore
am i happier? no
but:
-i figured things out about my identity and my beliefs
-i'm getting closure for my trauma
-i know that i'm trying and that's all i can do right now
