This is a masterclass in character work. King creates so human characters that I’m genuinely floored. Especially Polly and Nettie. I really like and sympathize for them.
I also like Alan Pangborn quite a bit and I’m looking forward to seeing what will happen next in this crazy book!
Also, what is it with King and harming dogs in his books :(
