ehm.. u simply dont- im just kidding. read it based on ur mood or have certain times for each one. like read one when u wake up and one when u sleep, the other can be during the afternoon

I just find trashy books and then start reading and then buy a REALLY anticipated read and just do that repeatedly

It helps me to read 3-4 books at the same time if each one is from a different genre. If I read, for example, more than one horror/trhiller at the same time then the reading just turns into one big sleepless horror show!
