God, the dialogues and the inner-thoughts are so cheesy. Is it going to be like this the whole time? I mean they just met and they're already cheesy, so I can't imagine how it's going to be later...

Yep cheeseballs the whole time. I loved the kids though!

I'm a sucker for the stories with kids, but they are pretty corny. It gets better when the smexyness starts.

It's more Soldier and Dillon that I find corny. I mean, they just met two minutes ago but they're basically half in love with each other already (obviously i'm exaggerating.. but barely).

Yeah, i meant dillon and soldier too, those two have a bad case of the insta loves.

Gom was my favorite, but they all broke my heart.
Soldier and Dillon are an insta kinda deal, but then so many MM books use that, I didn't mind it so much. With so much abuse in the book I needed the fairy tale happyness aspect too lol.

I don't always mind insta love but here it kind of seems unrealistic tbh... Like they just met, but they already trust each other and plan a future together and everything. Dillon leaves Gom with Soldier to go take care of the kids.. I mean, idk but i don't think I could just leave my kid with a stranger like that.. maybe that's just me LOL
I guess thats where the art of suspended belief? comes in. The instant trust in a kindrid spirit? Plus it was Gom trusting to even speak to Soldier that made Dillon believe it was safe I guess. But yeah I get what your saying, it was fast.
