67. Anyways, I hope to finish this before I go back and I think that’s very possible. What’s funny now is I’m finally reading the explanatory notes in the back as I read and I’m realizing this is funnier. Also Voltaire loves to be petty and trash talk people he dislikes when possible, even in a fictional book!

Fast paced and funny. I knew it would be entertaining but I didn’t realize how much so. I feel like I haven’t read much but so many crazy things have happened and I find myself surprised and overwhelmed every chapter. Spoiler alert, the old lady says she has one butt and that is true. Far too true. I wonder how this will all end for Candide.
