I’m loving all the short stories that comprise the 2 parallel storylines (the fair and the serial killer vibes of Holmes). I think the best short story so far has been when the Spanish Infanta visited and wanted nothing to do with all the fanfare/royal events set up for her, but preferred skipping all that for a “lunch of sausage, sauerkraut, and beer”
