I loved The Art of Swedish Death Cleaning and find the minimalism it has helped me embrace makes me feel much happier, more settled, and less anxious. Excited to read this, as among other things, the new year will bring with it my 45th birthday — making me unquestionably middle aged — and I intend to love myself and my life more as I get older.
