Chat I feel so disappointed by this book. Any element I agree with in her arguments has more to do with it resonating with my own lived experience rather than any semblance of a strong argument. Also introducing every block quote with “Listen to this: …” and ending it with “Hear what ___ said?” is one of the wildest writing choices I’ve seen in a while. Sigh.
