For example, if you wish to cheat on your lover, then your friend will either tell you to think of the consequences and if you’re comfortable with it to do it, or simply dead the idea and stop wasting your energy fantasizing about it and put that same energy towards your lover.

Handful of messages i’ve memorized were to engage the world and your mission in the same passion as you would with your woman, never allow a woman to make decisions for you, and never dedicate hours more to your woman that towards you purpose. A woman would be pleased with at least 30 mins of your undivided attention, and will trust you for giving her the space to witness you grow from your core.
