chapter 8 makes a weird comparison of neoliberalism’s treatment of economical growth as an end, divorced from utility, to Mao’s ‘ruthless production targets’ ?
A few pages further describe a ‘nuanced’ view of Keynesianism/social democracy but does not mention or draw a correct conclusion from this, only a ‘but at least it’s better than neoliberalism!’
A shame, since the analysis has been good so far
