The use of ‘cyber’ feels to me like a buzzword used to attract the tech bros. There is nothing ‘new’ in this book that you cannot learn from CBT and a bit of basic research imo. Psycho-cybernetics is a made up concept used to entices a new demographic to the psychological field - not necessarily a bad thing but it’s definitely nothing new. Anecdotes are all about men also. This book’s not for me.
