It took me a minute to get into this book. The mom having Alzheimer’s/dementia might have been a bit “too real” at the beginning.
But I am LOVING this now. The way she writes the MMCs feelings is so captivating and exciting. I’m sure there’s more heartache to come with the mom and the main characters story, but I’m ready.
