Jen swoons... is 99% done

I’ll probably get book 2 if it goes on sale just to catch popular references. Poor tampon that this so obviously going to be a love triangle even after the greatest sacrifice and everything by for their supposed love. Which didn’t really seem to be that much until the very end. 2 stars. I’d throw lord of the rings at this age group for a fantasy story instead.

Jen swoons... is 78% done

Ok it picked up and the story actually starts at…. 70% of the book. Although the explanation for things before this that seems unbelievable is so overly complicated that it feels like it’s way too unbelievable as a plot point. Like it’s the author tying up the loose ends that don’t make sense but making it just so over the top.

Chapter 13. She hates the smell of books, “the mocking whisper of the paper”. That’s it- this librarian is definitely writing Feyre off. She’s still bratty. He’s still one dimensional hardly there at this point. Lucian - still the most interesting and I want him to throw her to the Bog monster

Heroine seems like a best. Hero is boring. Lucian is the only interesting one so far.
