The pressures, confusion and constant guilt of being a mum is so hard to describe and i used to constantly beat myself up about feeling negative or not perfectly perfect when it comes to my way of parenting my kids.
She has absolutely hit every nail on the head with this book and im not even half way through.
I wish i had this book years ago when mine were young, it would of helped a lot
