I only made it about half way through this book before my son was born and did not finish it after his delivery. However I highly recommend this book to anyone who is preparing for an unmedicated/natural birth! This book is filled with so many wonderful examples of natural births form a positive mindset about the experience. I was able to achieve the natural birth of my dreams using this book as a tool!
