I got gifted this. So i guess the torture continues. But ive heard this book is better than the first so ill try. A lig. Day of cleaning so I’ll get through a lot. Im two hours in (audiobook) and Tamlin? I felt sorry for him first book, but he’s a jerk. Wow. Rhys just showed up to break her crappy (big event so i’ll be vague) so i guess we will all be Rhys fans this book? Shes still an annoying h

I hate when theres a plot twist or something shocking and it feels a bit forced. And it’s in the last few chapters. But the character hasnt even been shown since the beginning of the book. Heroine is still a brat. And a mary sue. And inconsistent. Hero is decent but so emo. The side characters are really good though so this is probably 3 stars. I’ll keep listening to the series. The narrator is pretty good.

Well theres actually a plot in this one. And things happen to progress the story. Shes still annoying af but this is definitely better than book 1.
