post-alps travel session: I was getting really annoyed with Welsh’s self-absorption and then there was a moment of self-reflection about why i was annoyed and then realised that either way i wasnt paying attention to the book anymore.

P.S. arrived in Edinburgh and had to remind myself “I chose to be here”

Welsh really wrote this chapter to brag about himself. Shouldve kept this one in the diary babes..

jesus christ okay sometimes this can really drag on but then a chapter like this comes out and drags me through the mud

nah okay Simon is pure scum I’ve lost all sympathy for him

gonna try to make this chapter a reality lets see how it goes
