My favorite thing about writing a single mom romance is that I can pull from real experiences. I'm a mom of two, and although I am happily married, my husband is in the Marine Corps and he works in a completely different state during the weeks, meaning I'm totally solo-parenting. I've been through the ups and downs of single parenting, and it is not for the faint of heart!!
