But… Joey’s reaction to the fire was just as devastating as I thought it’d be… and Lizzie saving him- 😭✋🏻

The way my heart dropped when I recognized the argument between Joey, Marie, and Darren. It don’t even click when Teddy pulled Joey in that alleyway earlier that tonight was going to be the night, but now I know— here we go. 😭😭

God, that was even worse in Joey’s POV. Also, it makes me sick how much foreshadowing to the house burning with Marie and Teddy inside (and there would’ve been Shannon, Tadgh, Ollie, and Sean, too, if Johnny hadn’t come) there was in Saving 6; but Teddy outright SAID IF to Marie.

The gasp I fucking GUSPED when I read Shannon’s voicemail about the trip to Dublin— ah, shit, here we go. It’s all downhill from here…

Also— fuck Teddy (again) for basically WHIPPING Joey. Love all the Molloy’s for coming to Joey’s defense when they were at their house, but… also, I do like that Marie actually comforted Joey afterwards for once, but… poor boy…
