I feel like she’s trying to tie a bunch of things in, trying to recreate the excitement that ABOSAS made with the connections to THG. I’m also super confused by everyone’s ages. Snow is 58, which makes him 83 in Catching Fire? And Beetee’s, Wiress’, and Plutarch’s age don’t make much sense either. The writing has gotten better as it’s gone on, but Beetee telling Haymitch his life story off the bat?
