Great literary fiction, but everyone but the main character is insufferable. 😩 I would not have survived the 1920’s without punching someone. The naiveté of Hadley is breaking my heart and I officially hate Ernest Hemingway. He is a horrible person. I hate that he is somehow known as a great American author, when the disdain for America is so apparent.
