This book is heartwarming and wholesome. I really loved Rio and Hallie’s characters. I’m usually not a fan of second-chance romances nor childhood-friends-to-lovers tropes, but this one was truly beautiful. This series has some of the best found-family moments I’ve ever read, and this installment is the perfect way to close out the Windy City series.
