The story is being told via “voice recordings”. This makes it difficult to follow as at random points exposition will be interrupted by some marine making an awful joke.
Every “voice recording” so far has cut off mid sentence. I’m not sure whether it’s deliberate or just a poor edition of the book as I’ve noticed several grammatical errors already.

Example of grammar errors ? And aside from that it sounds amusing 😄
Like random capital letters and that. Probably small things but as a teacher I can’t help but notice them
You should put one in the group chat next time you encounter one, I only say this because maybe there's some reason for it cause this guy is meant to be a bug auther and you'd like to think a editor might remove some of these for a writer of such caliber.
