Before I forget: on page 66 Ern notices some “assumedly blueberry” smoke rising from the crown and it struck me as an odd or rather random conclusion to come to. But when they go into McTavish’s room on page 143, he claims there was a whiff of blueberry in the air. The previous comment could be the spoiling or jumping ahead that he does.
