Really enjoying the ease of reading this.
Not too over the top - but not telling me any solutions I wasn’t already aware of (in terms of sleep hygiene, healthy eating and exercise) but what it is doing is putting menopause into more of a mainstream conversation which is something that absolutely needs to happen.
