I really want to know who this is. Nomad is obviously an alias, but for who?
My gut has been screaming Sigzil this whole time and now we know Nomad turned away from being a scholar and was a soldier. And someone is chasing him, and we know Sigzil left Roshar—which Nomad is from—and that he’s carrying a Dawnshard
If it mentions Hoid looking for him it’s solidified

Man didn’t even TRY to save anyone else
