I really enjoy this little book of poetry, even though I have read it at least 20 or 30 times or more. I’ve owned it at least 20 years and it’s ragged. Need to be really careful of it.

I'll look for your review, Sammy. I haven't heard of Robert Service for years.....& it's great to see that someone is still reading his works
I first started reading Robert Service in 2025. It was the same book that I still own. It was a gift from friends who my wife and I were on a vacation to Alaska. I picked it up and immediately loved it. When I am one of those moods where I want to go back in time I pick it up and begin reading the prose that has always led me to the realization that some things are really wonderful and there to lift your spirits when you’re down. I have read many books and owned them, but this my all time favorite. I think I will never get tired of reading it.
I ment first started reading Robert Service in 2005.
