A relatively accurate description of Colorado I think for someone just fumbling through

Good lord I think this man hates joy. Unless someone forces a good time upon him he refuses to enjoy anywhere he goes. Everything is disappointing and unsatisfactory

His writing is creative and conversational but I can’t get past how he has a pessimistic view of almost everything. His apologies might make you chuckle but they are still mean/sad/disparaging/unapproving/etc

Full page description of women on one of the first pages that I really didn’t appreciate. Negative start but the writing is interesting, he pulls some unique analogies
