I don’t think I fully realize now what a gift this book will be to me, my children, and their children. While very scientific and research based, I found myself getting emotional towards the end thinking about how helpful these tools would be as I raise my children and build healthy a relationship with them so that they can have healthy relationships with others. Also love the synthesized cheat sheet at the end!!!
