not much to say. there is starting to be a nice story progression. can’t believe it’s taken 160 pages for that to happen. hopefully there will be some plot twist or something crazy happening in the next few chapters.

i loved being able to learn more about max’s background. i think that he’s honestly my favorite character. i know that elsa is married, but i wish her and max would end up together. maybe they do! before max’s chapter, nick finally showed up at lily’s. i’m not looking forward to learning more about him. he seems like a douche.

nick is so annoying! hopefully lily will see she deserves better by the time the story is over

i didn’t realize that it would be a double pov before i got it, if i realized that i probably would’ve skipped it as im not too crazy about them recently. right now, i prefer max’s timeline compared to lily’s. im more curious about max and what he has going on. i think as lily’s story goes on i may be more interested but we will see.
