I found this book to be captivating enough during the duration of the first couple hundred pages, but now I am absolutely enthralled, lots of early promises payed off with plenty more where that came from, great development from characters! Also most importantly VIRGINIA CITY MENTIONED LETS GO!

Despite its reviews I find this book has not only so far been entertaining, but an easy read. It is brimming with a nostalgic sort of charm. It is by no means perfect. I even see its complaints, I just don’t think I care. It is a fun little tale so far.

Fantastic start, a bit more of that old school sci fi feel, no surprising seeing as it’s written in the 80’s by an aging 40’s writer. But if Brandon Sanderson’s words are to be believed, this is one of the best pieces of Science fiction one can read. And so far. I trust him
