what a terrible book to start the year off on. this could put me in a reading slump so easy omg

i’m fighting the DNF demons so hard actually. only sticking through because they’re lesbians

don’t get me wrong i liked them, but THREE FULL CHAPTERS for a sex scene is insane no??? like with the pacing of the book and how it’s been written it feels like it was just put there to make the sex scene make sense instead of the scene adding to the book. so weird

i love romance but i’m starting to think i don’t like contemporary romance books (no matter how hard i try to). i love the romance and everything but everything feels so forced?? idk
