Maureen Johnson is actually doing so good. I’m actually like laughing out loud every other page. Like half of my updates on here are just quotes from the book because they’re so good and she catches me so off guard with them. The scene in the first book with Ellie in the bathtub had me in my silent study hall fighting for my life.
