It was labeled as historical fantasy/fiction… and for some reason, this put me off and the only thing I note that is historical is the time it is set in so far it’s very enjoyable, and have a whimsical feeling with some grey English moodiness… it does me a bit of Miss Peregrine’s vibes and I LOVED those books.
