When I first started this book- I really wasn’t sure if I’d like it. On the heels of A Secret History and Fresh Water for Flowers… the difference in this author’s writing style was jarring, to say the least. Nearly half way through- I’d say it’s like eating a KitKat after savoring grilled salmon. Still tasty- just on a different level. :) Reminds me a lot of Ready Player One.

Sarah Ogden “…like eating a KitKat after savoring grilled salmon.” 😂😂😂 I love this analogy!
