Just randomly pulled this off my shelf to read after having the ARC for at least 15years and never getting around to it. Then, while updating the status on here, came to find controversy surrounding the author, which led to a Google search, which led to me finding out she died young in 2019. This little rabbit hole has been almost as weird as the book itself so far.
