I remember as a kid always saying the Apostle's Creed at Mass, and now more recently the church we go to has started saying the Nicene Creed, but some weeks it's still the Apostle's. However I live in Canada, so it may be different from the States?

Maybe? But I've always remembered it being the Nicene Creed (that's what it is at my current parish too) but maybe it depends on the church
I looked it up, and it seems both are valid so it's up to what the priest wants to do.
