Keeping the artist’s name from us readers, i get, but it really makes no sense that his real name was kept from Louisa too, because that means that Ted always said “cjat” or “the artist” while explaining the story to louisa. And also, what was the point of hiding it in the first place??? I thought there would be some grand reveal.

Honestly, im angry. The friendship ted, joar, ali and the artist have is so great and im jealous. It physically hurts to be this lonely, to crave something like what they have so bad. Im angry at the universe for dealing me this shit life without giving me friends like them to compensate.

The writing style is still quirky, but I can't put this book down. It's so promising and has a lot of heart already.

The book started off a little too quirky for me. All the jabs at adults, it’s becoming a bit repetitive. Like hey, leave a bit of cynicism for the rest of us, man. Still see a lot of potential though. I love fleshed out friendships.
