God I love you Suzanne Collins. Peeta realizing it was partially an act in the area for Katniss is so heartbreaking. He keeps saying at throughout the book that Katniss is such a bad lier, but it’s because it WAS real for Katniss, she just don’t know how to sort her emotions, that learning of that “lie” is such a huge betrayal!!

What is it with Peeta and his heart always stopping

“Haven’t you seen them [mockingjays]? They’ve got nests everywhere”
Such beautiful foreshadowing and showing that the rebellion has always been in motion, just needed the right spark

And there I am, blushing and confused, made beautiful by Cinna’s hand, desirable by Peeta’s confession, tragic by circumstance, and by all accounts, unforgettable

Peeta mellark forever my favorite fictional man no one could ever do it like you do

“I am not pretty, I am not beautiful, I am as radiant as the sun”
Gotta be top ten lines ever written

Been reading for 4 hours straight. Suzanne collins the woman you are
