Reading this has been one of the most incredible interactions I have had with literature. As a lover of Science Fiction, this is at the top of its class, but I was even more compelled by the depth of the story, its shatteringly beautiful prose, and its ambitious scope. I’ll be revisiting this one. Props to the translators. This ticked all the boxes I expect from great literature.
