I was not expecting this book to have such overt comments making fun of patriarchy! It is a delight, but also a bit heavy-handed. I’m wondering if it feels a bit on the nose because women aren’t typically the target audience for this series, but I could also be wrong about that haha. We’ll see how it keeps unfolding but so far - respect!🫡
