Another error - in chapter 18, Lorreth says that it's been two days since Kingfisher left. Then here in chapter 20, Saeris says "we'd been apart for a little over a day." Not as big of a mistake as Carrion suddenly being in two realms at once, but still big enough to pull me out of the story and go, "wait, what?" I'm normally not this picky with errors I notice in books, but those are usually grammatical...

"Saeris hurried across HER chambers and picked up the book that was still sitting on HIS nightstand" (my emphasis). This book is written in 1st person from both POVs!!!! "His" should have been EITHER "my" (if Fisher is claiming it, which is plausible but doubtful) or "her." Who edited this?????? Were they asleep???????

Yikes, this is the most glaring editing error I've ever seen...
"Lorreth was with Carrion in the training hall [in Ammontraieth], attempting to whip him into shape, and without the warrior at my side to remind them of their manners..."
Sorry, but literally 2 PAGES AGO we just left Carrion with Fisher in ZILVAREN. And this quote makes it clear that Fisher isn't back either, so no time jump has happened...YIKES.
