i e-mailed them a few days ago and they said they would fix it, but it was probably an automatic message 💀 then recently they had the audacity of asking me to rate their support... when they didn't do shit lol of course i said it was a horrible 😭✋🏻

i'm starting to think they aren't fixing that issue with the comments :/ they were already taking off the dms (albeit it's still here which is confusing) and it feels like they just want people here to rate/review books and that's it 🤡 we can barely have a community here

I agree with Bruna :( It’s like they just want us to rate and never talk to each other again. For a company owned by Amazon (who has PLENTY of resources to fix these issues), it’s starting to feel deliberate

we need to start some sort of mass movement or universal petition NOW it's literally out of hand . goodreads has not been the same for a very long time
