Genuinely so bored. On chapter 40 and it’s still going. this summer won’t end lol. Charlie was a much more interesting character in Every Summer After and now he’s been like muted by adulthood or whatever.

Something is missing here; whole story is sort of falling flat for me. Not really seeing why it has to be Alice for Charlie and Charlie for Alice.

I forgot they lost both of their parents so young. 😞

The photography storyline feels trite but Charlie is a hoot.
